At Fred Stutsman C.P.A., LLC, we do not believe in a “cookie cutter” or “one size fits all” approach. Our aim is to tailor our services to you, our client and provide personal service to each client. If we do not believe our expertise fits your needs, we will assist you in finding someone better suited to help you. If
we are able to help you with your individual financial or care needs,
business or homeowners’ association, you will have our full and
undivided attention in doing so. We also believe
that it is important that you, our client, understand the product we
are providing to you and the significance of that product. This
includes not just delivering financial statements, tax returns and
bookkeeping products, but also helping our clients understand the
actionable information contained in our products and how to use that
information to their advantage, be it in cash flow management for
businesses, risk management for small businesses and homeowners’
associations or tax planning for individuals and businesses. Fred Stutsman C.P.A. has no products to sell you other than our professional services. When we analyze your needs and assist you in arriving at solutions, we are objective and not biased towards any outcome. Our
goal is to provide to you, our clients, service that meets the highest
standards of professionalism, responsiveness, objectivity and client
care and to provide full value for your hard earned money.
Who we are: Fred Stutsman

Frederick C. “Fred” Stutsman is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of South Carolina. Fred
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Manhattan College, an MBA
from the University of Utah, where he was a Dean’s Honor Scholar and
Masters Degree in Public Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas
at San Antonio. Fred is an experienced public accountant, including having been a principal in a public accounting firm. In
addition, Fred has been a corporate controller in a manufacturing
corporation and served as Finance Director for a large Homeowners’
Association, Nonprofit Corporation and Private Utility with about ten
years experience in industry. He is a certified QuickBooks Pro Adviser. Fred
is former Vice Chairman of the accounting committee of the Community
Associations Institute, a nationwide organization comprised of over
15,000 homeowners’ associations. He is also
active in civic affairs, and is Past President of the Westminster South
Carolina Rotary Club and a Board member of the Oconee County United Way. Fred is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of C.P.A.s. He is an avid physical fitness enthusiast. He is married to Margaret “Peg” Stutsman and they have five grown children. Fred’s accounting experience followed a career in the United States Air Force from which he retired with the rank of Colonel.
Peg Stutsman
Margaret P. “Peg” Stutsman is a Registered Nurse licensed by the States of North and South Carolina. Peg
provides case management and care plans and assists PrimePlus Clients
and their families in obtaining, monitoring and reporting on care. She
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida State
University and a Masters Degree in Personnel Administration from Troy
State University. Peg has extensive experience
in nursing and care management, including hospital nursing in Florida,
Alabama and Hawaii; Medicare review with Texas Medical Foundation and
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina; home health care
supervision and management with Visiting Nurse Association and case
management with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Corvel Corporations. Peg
is a Certified Case Manager, Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse,
Certified Disability Management Specialist and is a voting member of
the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
